Force immediate replication between domain controllers

Why it works this way

An urgent change (password reset, account disable) must reach every DC now, not in 15 minutes.

Watch out

• Avoid /syncall at peak hours in a large forest — it generates network load.
• If replsummary shows errors the issue is connectivity or DNS, not timing.
