Verify the domain SRV records are healthy
nltest /dsgetdc:corp.local

Without SRV records clients cannot find a DC: no logon, no GPO, no domain join.
Watch out
- Domain clients must use the DC for DNS, never 8.8.8.8.
- Internet forwarders belong on the DNS server itself.
